EVENT ACCESS

INSURANCE

Venue access begins at 11:00 AM. Events may begin at the time of your choosing and conclude by 10:00 PM. 

An 11:00 PM end time may be added for an additional fee. One hour of cleanup time is included.

Event insurance is required for all events.

Rancho Escondido will source the insurance relay the premium cost to the client.
An ADA restroom and hand-wash station are included for events up to 100 guests; additional restroom accommodations are required for larger events. 

Open flames and pets are not permitted. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. 

Tents may be rented separately for weather or winter events.
